During law school, Mr. Isgut served as a Law Clerk at the Litigation Department of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice. After his admission to the Puerto Rico Bar, he served as an Intern at the Office of Federal Public Defender for the District of Puerto Rico. His practice is concentrated in labor and employment law advising clients in several industries and litigating a wide array of cases before local and federal court. Mr. Isgut regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC), (OSHA)Occupational Safety and Health Administration, (NLRB) and the Puerto Rico Antidiscrimination Unit, as well as other local and federal agencies in representation of employing. Mr. Isgut defends employers in Puerto Rico State Court and Federal Court whom unjust termination claims, retaliation claims, sexual harassment claims, ADEA, ADA and Title VII claims, and Puerto Rico discrimination claims.
