Ms. Rodríguez Tirado represents employers in different matters, before courts and administrative proceedings before the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC).

Prior to starting law school Ms. Rodríguez Tirado completed her bachelor's degree in human resources management at The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. During Law School, Ms. Rodríguez Tirado was part of The Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Discrimination Legal Aid Clinic, where she provided high-quality legal services to low-income clients while strengthening her legal skills. In addition, Ms. Rodríguez Tirado had the opportunity to contribute to the National Animal Rights Organization, a Probono that raises awareness about animal rights.

Lastly, Mrs. Rodríguez Tirado began her path to the legal profession in our field of practice working as a Law Clerk at Pizarro & González where she handled legal research and numerous matters related to Labor and Employment Law. Ms. Rodríguez Tirado represents employers in different matters, before courts and administrative proceedings before the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC).
