During Law School, Mr. Pabón Mejía participated in the Legal Clinic, where he developed legal skills and was able to serve the community in both Civil and Criminal practice. He also had the opportunity to participate of an exchange program, which allowed him to study a summer abroad in Toledo, Spain. He began his professional career as a Personal Injury Attorney, working for one of the top law firms in the state of Texas. He then transitioned to his own practice, tending to both, the Civil and Criminal areas of the law. He has worked as a Notary Public and has worked side by side in the Discovery Process of multiple cases, with a major law firm from the state of Detroit. Mr. Pabón defends employers in administrative, arbitration and judicial cases. He also counsels supervisors in the compliance with local and federal labor and employment laws and regulations.
