Mrs. De Ayala completed a Bachelor degree in Pre-law with a Minor in Human Resources Management at The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. At the beginning of her professional career, she worked in an Employment Agency who brings services to different kind of employers in different industries. During Law School, Mrs. De Ayala served as Probonist for Centro de Periodismo Investigativo (CPI) where she developed her research skills. She also participated in the Legal Clinic, where she had the opportunity to serve the community in different ways. Mrs. De Ayala began her professional career as an Attorney working in a medical malpractice law firm. In that opportunity she represented several doctors and gained experience in Civil Law. Mrs. De Ayala represents employers in the Puerto Rico State Court in areas such as: unjust termination, retaliation claims, sexual harassment claims, among others. In addition, Mrs. De Ayala is member of the American Bar Association and Asociación de Profesionales en Relaciones Laborales (APRL).
