During law school, Ms. Pantoja was part of the Civil Litigation Legal Aid Clinic, where she provided high-quality legal services to low-income clients while fine-tuning her legal skills. She began her professional career in the personal injury field, working for two major firms in Texas and New York. Ms. Pantoja also has a background in journalism and news production which has helped her develop excellent research skills. She currently defends employers in administrative, arbitration and judicial controversies involving allegations of unjust dismissal, discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Ms. Pantojas also counsels employers with respect to compliance with local and federal labor and employment labor and employment laws and regulations.
