His current practice as an Associate focuses on representing employers in employment-related matters and providing counsel on topics including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, sexual harassment, employment contracts, and constitutional controversies.

Mr. Quiñones holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Cellular-Molecular Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus. He later earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law in December 2024. Upon graduation, he achieved a score of 98.8% on the Puerto Rico bar exam, ranking fifth among the top ten highest-scoring candidates.

During law school, Mr. Quiñones gained hands-on experience at the Notary Clinic, providing high-quality services to low-income clients, advising on mortgage and notary law, as well as drafting legal documents. He was also an active member of the Law School’s Labor and Employment Law Association—attending seminars focused on developing labor law in Puerto Rico—and participated actively in the Association of Legislative Affairs and Public Policy.

Mr. Quiñones began his career at Pizarro & González as a Law Clerk, conducting extensive legal research and working on matters related to labor and employment law. His current practice as an Associate focuses on representing employers in employment-related matters and providing counsel on topics including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, sexual harassment, employment contracts, and constitutional controversies.
