My goal is to protect your rights and best interests. If that means taking a case through trial, I am ready.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Jorge Pizarro worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Francisco Rebollo López at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Then, for over 30 years, Mr. Pizarro has counseled employers on the full range of labor and employment law issues, including handling Union campaigns, collective bargaining, development of employee handbooks and effective personnel policies and procedures, dealing with drug and alcohol abuse and testing, conducting effective investigations of sexual harassment complaints and employee misconduct, matters covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as compliance with wage and hour issues, among others. He has tried and won numerous employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and unjust termination lawsuits for employers. Mr. Pizarro has vast experience in the healthcare industry representing many of Puerto Rico’s premier hospitals and healthcare service providers, as well as the Puerto Rico Hospital Association in matters that range from employment law to contract and compliance. He also represents employers in labor arbitration proceedings under collective bargaining agreements, union decertification and administrative proceedings before the Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other government agencies.
