During Law School, Ms. Rodríguez served as an Assistant to Professor Manuelita Muñoz Rivera. In 2013, Ms. Rodríguez was selected by the Interamerican University School of Law to participate in an exchange program in Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford. Her practice includes counseling and litigation in diverse topics, including wage and hour laws, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, transfer of a going business, contracts and other employment related torts. She works in several asset purchase processes and transfers of business from a labor and employment perspective, union campaigns, collective bargaining and providing legal counseling and seminars in all areas of labor and employment law. She represents employers in different matters, before courts and administrative proceedings before the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Counsel (EEOC).
